Ahh well No more than 3 weeks have passed since selling my fleet in prep for my move and i missed flying so much that as i passed a local hobby store today i found my feet magically taking me inside and my mouth saying "i will take that BnF blade SR please" SO.................. i am now outside thinking, wonderful, but now i need a sturdy case to take it with me................. i am now the happy owner of a nice, but little, heli, a sturdy ally case, fortunately i had not sold my DX7 so after a short charging period i was out flying again and of course tinkering as the SR is set up from the factory so that it will fly itself with just minor inconvenience to the pilot (not at all how i like it). So, all in all a nice day, expensive but nice ;D Looking forward to the customs people looking it over in it's shiny case now OH NOOOOO Just realised that i won't be able to fly it over there as it is a UK right hand drive model ;D ;D ;D ;D

Glad you got something to fly again, even if it is something simple. I keep telling my wife that this is not a hobby, it is an "addiction". Once you start flying, you can't quit. You might be surprised to know that we have right-hand drive vehicles here too, just not common. The rural mail delivery vehicles are right hand drive, although of course we all drive on the right side of the road ( as opposed to the UK where you drive on the 'wrong' side of the road, lol). It is easier for the mail carriers to just pull up to the mailbox and drop in the mail from their seat. I work as a Mechanic at a Mack truck dealer and I can also say that we have refuse trucks here with "twin" steering. They can be driven from either side. They have all the same controls, gauges, etc on both sides. Hope you enjoy tinkering with your new SR till you get settled in and get back to building and flying again.

Well the house where i will be staying for the time being has a fair sized yard so the little SR will be getting hell from me trying to perfect my "moves" lol, fortunately it is pretty cheap to repair as i have a feeling it will need to be

I know what you mean. You think you'll just look for a bit, and you're a full blown addict before you know it. I quit flying rc 16 years ago, with one little parkflyer and a walkera heli(junk, never even tried) about 8 years ago being the exception. I stumbled across a hobby shop last July, and promptly started having dreams of flying my old GMP Cobra.
I fought it for a month or so, then got a used PixyZap and 100se cheap which somehow grew into a H200V2 with little incremental steps. Oh and then there's some locals that fly planks in the cow pasture here, trying to fit in I dug an old plane stashed in my Dad's basement and got it flying. Then bought a used 3dhs 42" AJ Slick.
Dads now building a plane, we've gotten a couple other neighbors hooked. Turning into a full blown epidemic. Cory
