For those of you that use the cheap 2 piece plastic milk jug canopies, like me, so you don't damage your nice FG canopy in a crash, they are now available for both the 425 and the 550.
Not sure if any dealers stock them yet as I haven't checked, but Empire hobby has them listed on their site at $8.95 each.
Not sure about others, but, I hate crashing a nice canopy. I have a Gaui FG canopy for my 425, and Fusuno's for my HH 500 and my 550, but I usually take them off and put the cheap plastic ones on when flying. Regular crash parts already cost enough let alone replacing a $50 canopy too.
