Hello PT, thanks for joining us. Hope you enjoy spending some time here. You probably know some of the guys here from other heli forums just as I do. I enjoy helping other Gaui owners out whenever I can, whether it is here or on one of the many other RC helicopter sites.
The best thing about having our own site is that we can try to organize the info to make it easier for others to find the help they are looking for. There are a lot of other great RC sites, but, unfortunately lots of helpful info gets lost in the archived threads on them. Here at GHT, our goal is to have a fun and informative RC helicopter site.
Please feel free to share your RC knowledge and experiences with us.

Hi Paul, Thanks, bro! I'm using 7075 T6. I know it's overkill, but it's what I wanted. I do appreciate it! If you can come up with 7075 at a reasonable cost, I'm all in! The problem I have now is that I have a lot of people who want HeadHunter frames, but my machinist has had day-job issues that have impacted delivery of final parts. So, I wait. It's cool, everyone has been very patient.

7075 it is ! give me an idea of what sizes you use and i'll make some inquires...! I'm a machinist myself...30+ years worth...with a new house and no time to do much of anything else....I want to make a main shaft straightner...small arbor press and dial indicator mount, easy spin rollers...some day.... Very cool, Paul! I have so many things I want to do, as well. Even though some things seems trivial, it's those trivial things that keep me going. 5 and 6 mm thick sheets would be cool. Also, if you can get stainless steel sheets, 2 mm thick? LOL! Here I go with a shopping list! Thank you so much, Paul! Scott
