Impressive. All the same, yet all very different. How does the flybarless one fly? Just wondering.

The FES is currently collecting dust. I never flew correctly but it looks like a discovery has been made about the GU365 gyro that may help it out. I stripped the servos out of it for the 255. When I get the new servos for the 255, I will get the FES back together and hopefully it will fly correctly.

That's good to know. I'm sure you'll get it flying properly when the discovery becomes productized (is that a word?). Jeff was going to make his T-Rex 500 flybarless without a stabilization system... I guess that would be a real handfull with a small helicopter... I have no experience in that area so... Scott

I am troubleshooting that fes 'discovery' as we speak.

nexgen, I'm getting tempted to take one of my 2 flybarless. I'm really curious if I follow everything to the letter if any of the common problems would arise.

I am looking forward to getting the FES back together with the servos plugged in like Nexgen suggests and see if the "auto tilt" is corrected.

Like Scott said, nice control Ivan. I have a 200 and I have trouble keeping it under control sometimes. It is very responsive, but lots of fun to fly.

Here's mine. I don't fly it much since I'm still getting back into flying, my head locks up every once in a while. PixyZap/MiniZoom bounce better. It's way quicker than I am. CC25, quark, Hyperion Ds09SMgs and GMD on the tail, 5150 motor., and Bobby watts tail. Never had a problem with this tail holding, but I'm not doing 3d. Cory NOTE: Head locking up is a gray matter problem, not a helicopter problem.
